Hi, I'mSignature

Since 2018, I have delivered eDiscovery and legal technology solutions for complex and high-profile litigation, regulatory investigations, Royal Commissions and other inquiries.

Known for being approachable and calm under pressure, I combine technical knowledge with a practical understanding of what legal teams need. My broad experience across eDiscovery platforms, eHearings and AI applications gives clients confidence that their matters are in safe hands.

I specialise in managing complex and long-running eDiscovery and eHearings engagements, including matters involving more than two million documents and over 50 custodians. I am experienced in leading end-to-end RelativityOne and Nuix Neo Discover workflows and delivering solutions in high-pressure, time-critical environments.

My eHearings experience includes planning and delivering virtual, hybrid and in-person hearings in courtrooms and event venues. I assist with witness scheduling and onboarding, electronic court books and bundle updates, exhibit control, transcript coordination and audiovisual infrastructure.

I have managed eDiscovery and eHearings for litigation in the Federal Court and state Supreme Courts, as well as Royal Commissions, state inquiries, arbitrations, class actions and other complex disputes.

Amber's Top Three Tips for eDiscovery Clients

  1. Keep communication open throughout the matter: Clear communication helps your eDiscovery provider understand the particular needs, priorities and objectives of each matter. Regular updates about progress, deadlines and changing requirements help keep the process efficient and responsive.

  2. Choose the right technology early: Engaging your eDiscovery provider at the outset helps identify the technology and workflows best suited to your matter, including where AI can add value. AI should be selected with the confidentiality, integrity and defensibility requirements of the matter in mind, as general purpose tools may not provide the security, transparency or control required. Early planning can also reduce data volumes, streamline review and avoid unnecessary costs.

  3. Plan beyond disclosure: Decisions made during collection, review and disclosure determine how effectively evidence can be used later in the matter. A structured approach from the outset simplifies disclosure, streamlines trial preparation and makes it easier to create electronic bundles, prepare witness and exhibit materials, and present evidence confidently throughout proceedings.
