Kate Clark and the eDiscovery Collab team are excited to announce that Katie Parsons has joined the award-winning eDiscovery Collab.

Located in Auckland, Katie has a background in law and a Masters in Criminology. She brings a unique combination of legal knowledge, investigative expertise, and a practical understanding of digital and physical evidence to her role at eDiscovery Collab.

A RelativityOne Certified Pro, Katie has completed the International eDiscovery Executive Certificate with ACEDS Online.  She has experience working with eDiscovery platforms both in the litigation departments of law firms and in-house with government agencies, and her exposure to both legal technology and field-based investigations further enhances the team’s existing capability.

“We are really lucky to find Katie,” says Kate Clark, CEO of eDiscovery Collab, “We have been looking to expand into New Zealand for some time and Katie was the right person with the right skillset in the right place at the right time. Katie will work closely with the team as we expand our client-focused eDiscovery service offering to law firms, lawyers and in-house counsel in New Zealand.”

Originally from Wales, Katie has delivered results across government and private sector roles, contributing to complex matters through her work in eDiscovery and field operations. Her sometimes confronting career has included contributing to investigative matters by managing physical evidence and attending search warrants, giving her a strong operational understanding of both digital and real-world evidentiary processes.

Recognised for being innovative, organised, and outcome-focused, Katie is known for her attention to detail, quick thinking, and a can-do attitude that brings energy and confidence to every project.

“I am really excited to be joining eDiscovery Collab’s leading team,” said Katie during a recent trip to Brisbane to meet with everyone. “eDiscovery gives me an opportunity to utilize the skills and instincts I have developed over the course of my career and working across tools such as Nuix Neo Discover, RelativityOne and Everchron means I can help clients manage their documents in the discovery process no matter how large or small.”

Katie commenced with eDiscovery Collab in May.
