Heather’s Top Three Tips for eDiscovery Clients
- Check in with me early in your search for a solution as there will be a way for our technology solutions to simplify what needs to be done and save you time and money.
- You don’t need to be an expert in a particular technology solution or know how a particular technology works – you just need to know somebody who is an expert and can point you in the right direction. I am a great connector for people who need a technology solution and can help you find the person to help you.
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) isn’t coming – it’s already here and eDiscovery Collab has been using AI tech such as Continuous Active Learning (CAL) and Technology Assisted Review (TAR) for several years. As the next level of AI in eDiscovery becomes available in the coming months, the team at eDiscovery Collab are best placed to help you capitalise on these innovations.
