After being blown slightly off course by Cyclone Alfred earlier in the month, on Thursday 20 March 2025 eDiscovery Collab hosted its 4th annual International Women’s Day lunch – our biggest yet!
Filled to capacity, we were joined by friends old and new at Club Felix, Naldham House for a superb day of food, drinks and catch ups.
Our 2025 panel continued to lead the way with an engaging, funny and sometimes brutally honest discussion about succeeding and thriving in today’s legal environment.
The day was a great reminder of the importance of surrounding yourself with amazing people, and inviting others along to be part of a community that started back in 2022.
A huge thank you to our phenomenal panellists – your honesty about the trials and triumphs of life inspired us all – particularly those targeted tips about meeting!

As always, our guests committed to do 3 things after the lunch to help other women they know during 2025. We have been blown away to see the impact this has already had so thank you to those who have shared your stories with us.
We have so much gratitude for our guests who continue to make this event so special, including those who could not make it this year, and we can’t wait to do it all again in 2026.
One thing we have decided is that getting together once a year isn’t enough so keep an eye on your emails for some other special events that we have planned between now and then.
