eDiscovery Collab (formerly Enhanced Litigation Management Solutions or ELMS) was recognised as a Service Provider of the Year winner at the awards run by Australasian Lawyer and NZ Lawyer.
The award spotlights providers that are delivering the most effective and transformative solutions. eDiscovery Collab is proud to have been recognised as a winner in the Legal Services category.
A total of 35 organisations stood out based on the criteria, becoming the 2022 winners of the Australasian Lawyer and NZ Lawyer Service Provider Awards.
Providing eDiscovery and chronology services for law firms, in-house counsel, insurers and insolvency practitioners, eDiscovery Collab is known for managing the complex process of finding, collecting, and organising documents for litigation.
The experienced team has an unmatched knowledge of technical discovery issues, legal processes, and procedures which helps clients benefit from significant efficiencies and meaningful cost savings.
“Our ultimate guiding principles are helpfulness, user focus and quality. The fact that these are inherent in our company culture means we offer a truly differentiated service to our clients, and it is these qualities that I believe make us stand out as a Legal Service Provider”, said Kate Clark, CEO.
“Even though we use the same technology as other eDiscovery providers, the fact that we adjust the technology to fit each litigation process, rather than the other way around helps us to deliver a better user experience for our clients”, said Ciara Cooke, Senior Consultant.
Doing the job better than anybody else and helping our clients is eDiscovery Collab’s mantra. Our reputation in the market is for going above and beyond to solve problems.
About the Service Provider Awards
In 2022, Australasian Lawyer and NZ Lawyer invited nominations for service providers across Australia and New Zealand to be recognised for their efforts in delivering the most effective and transformative solutions across legaltech; legal services; litigation support and consulting; recruiting, staffing and outsourcing; and ADR and mediation.
Winners were evaluated on the strength and process of their service delivery, with the most important factor being how these providers made legal professionals’ lives more efficient through their products and services. The judges also considered the providers’ innovativeness and R&D commitment.
