The eDiscovery Collab team is excited to be recognised as a finalist for “Innovator of the Year (Company)” at the upcoming Lawyers Weekly Australian Law Awards.
The “Innovator of the Year (Company)” award recognises firms and legal departments that have successfully implemented innovative projects and/or strategic initiatives during the past 12 months.
During this time, the eDiscovery Collab team have worked with on some of the largest and most high-profile litigations and investigations in the Australian legal market while also undertaking several innovative transformations.
A delighted CEO, Kate Clark, said “Thank you to Lawyers Weekly and the Australian Law Awards judging panel for recognising the work eDiscovery Collab has undertaken in the past 12 months. Coming through the challenges of the last three years has set us up to continue to grow and thrive while we work with the best clients across Australia and internationally.”
A technology company for the legal industry, the eDiscovery Collab team is constantly looking for new products that will improve the experience for eDiscovery Collab’s client base, including lawyers, inhouse counsel, insolvency practitioners and insurers.
With more than 30 years of experience providing eDiscovery services, eDiscovery Collab was formerly known as Enhanced Litigation Management Solutions (ELMS).
Working across various platforms, including Nuix Discover, RelativityOne, Disco, RevealBrainspace and Everchron, eDiscovery Collab delivers the most effective solution no matter how many documents a client is working with.
Rebrand
In late 2022, the eDiscovery Collab team sat down to decide what we wanted to be in the future and realised it was time to stand up and own who we are and what we want to be.
Those ongoing discussions launched eDiscovery Collab at our #IWD2023 event on Thursday 9th March 2023.
eDiscovery is self-explanatory and the centre of everything for us. Collab describes the role our team plays – the link connecting law, technology and people.
Every day we help our clients utilise law and technology to solve their problems.
eDiscovery Collab is the place where litigation and technology make sense.
Differentiation
Coming out of these discussions was the realisation that we did not want to be the biggest service provider in the market, but we absolutely want to be the best.
As eDiscovery Collab, we will strive to be the very best solution provider in the Australian legal market and distinguish ourselves from other providers by:
- Delivering the best and most innovative solutions for our clients
- Being the best team to work with – the most efficient and friendliest people you will work with any day of the week
- Bringing the most cost-effective tech tools and platforms to our clients each and every time throughout their litigation journey.
Expansion to Sydney
eDiscovery Collab has expanded its on-the-ground presence to Sydney by bringing Senior Consultant, Kimberley Tsoi, into the team.
Prior to joining eDiscovery Collab, Kimberley worked with another provider in Sydney and Hong Kong, as well as a company where she was responsible for compliance and reporting related to US Securities and Exchange (SEC) listings.
With extensive experience across eDiscovery tools Relativity, Nuix, Brainspace and Everlaw, Kimberley has worked across the entire lifecycle of the eDiscovery process.
