The SaaS eDiscovery solution builds on the extensive offerings and provides additional value for eDiscovery Collab’s clients.
eDiscovery Collab, an award-winning boutique eDiscovery consulting firm servicing Australia, New Zealand and Asia, today announced it is expanding the firm’s eDiscovery offerings with the addition of Relativity’s cloud-based eDiscovery solution, RelativityOne. With RelativityOne, eDiscovery Collab clients can be confident their data is protected by storing it in a single, secure SaaS platform that spans the full breadth of e-discovery – from legal hold all the way through to production.
Having previously worked with the Relativity and RelativityOne platforms, CEO Kate Clark decided to expand the platform offering of eDiscovery Collab when Senior Consultant Kimberley Tsoi joined the eDiscovery Collab team in July.
“Kimberley brings with her extensive skills and experience working with RelativityOne so it made complete sense for us to add RelativityOne to eDiscovery Collab’s client offering,” said Kate.
eDiscovery Collab is excited to offer this technology to clients with features including:
- textual near duplicate analysis functionality
- automated workflows to reduce the time to complete consulting tasks
- email threading visualisation which will help legal teams review emails by conversation thread quickly and efficiently
- automated search term reports which enable legal teams to get granular when analysing search terms
- the ability to customise folders and saved searches so that we can keep everything organised for legal teams
- no user license fees which removes limitations around staffing projects and brings the product in line with others in the market
“We are really excited to offer RelativityOne to clients,” said Kate. “eDiscovery Collab’s differentiator in the market is finding the right technology to fit each litigation process. Our comprehensive understanding of the legal and litigation process means our team can develop bespoke templates and macros to speed up the review of documents. Working with the Relativity team, we look forward to sharing the features of this product with our clients.”
RelativityOne holds ISO 27001, SOC-2 Type II, HIPAA, and FedRAMP certifications, and is secure from the ground up with proactive threat intelligence and 24/7 monitoring. Additionally, moving to the cloud gives eDiscovery Collab the added scalability needed in today’s data-centric society and allows them to build expertise and intellectual property on top of one connected global solution. RelativityOne also gives eDiscovery Collab’s users the flexibility to pick and choose solutions from the Relativity App Hub that best suits their unique workflows across different stages of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model —and solve data challenges outside of eDiscovery.
“With the ever-evolving data landscape, legal professionals must continuously balance speed and quality to effectively and efficiently meet client needs,” said Laurie Usewicz, Chief Partner Officer at Relativity. “eDiscovery Collab’s decision to offer RelativityOne enables them to offer more value in the cloud and build upon their already high level of service. We’re thrilled to work with the eDiscovery Collab team and to reach new heights together.”
