The good news keeps on coming!
Congratulations to our very own Ciara Cooke who has become a part-owner of eDiscovery Collab.
Ciara first joined eDiscovery Collab in 2019 after working as a Litigation Support Clerk with another eDiscovery provider.
Since then, she has gone from strength to strength – Ciara was admitted as a lawyer in 2021, promoted from Legal Technology Consultant to Senior Legal Consultant to Head of Consulting in five short years, and now adds business owner to her list of achievements.
“I am very excited and proud to be an owner of eDiscovery Collab,” said Ciara, “The organisation sets itself apart in the market based on its culture of helpfulness and always doing our very best for our clients. With the formidable team of Kimberley Tsoi, Essie Allen and Emily Simi, and under the guidance of our CEO Kate Clark, I see this in action every day.”
A client favourite, Ciara excels in the delivery of client service, and she has an extensive knowledge of the tools offered by eDiscovery Collab, including Nuix Discover, RelativityOne, Everchron and other eDiscovery support software.
“I am delighted for Ciara and excited to have her join me as an owner of eDiscovery Collab,” said CEO Kate Clark, “When we launched eDiscovery Collab in 2017, it was a dream of mine to build a business that could provide members of the team with the opportunity to become a business owner. It is rewarding to see this dream become a reality, and particularly sweet that Ciara has been the first person to take up this opportunity.”
As well as being a business owner, Ciara is a highly experienced eDiscovery senior consultant and qualified lawyer who works with legal and IT teams to map strategies, increase efficiencies and reduce costs at all stages of the litigation life cycle. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and Business from QUT and has more than seven years’ experience working for eDiscovery providers.
Ciara regularly provides training and thought leadership to clients on the benefits of eDiscovery and tools and techniques for improving the eDiscovery process.
