eDiscovery Collab (formerly Enhanced Litigation Management Solutions or ELMS) is proud to be a finalist at the Australian Legal Technology Association awards held in November 2022.

The ALTA awards recognise leaders in legal tech that promote innovation, diversity, collaboration and disruption across a number of categories.

Winners will be announced at a ceremony in Sydney on Monday 14 November 2022.

Shortlisted for the ‘Small and Mighty’ award, eDiscovery Collab is recognised for the best legal tech implementation and collaboration by a small to medium enterprise in Australia.

A highlight of the eDiscovery Collab submission was our team’s work on a recent matter involving almost 300,000 documents (a mighty big volume you might say).

eDiscovery Collab eliminated duplicates and unnecessary documents in the litigation database for our client, reducing the volume to just over 16,000 files for legal review.

This approximately 95% reduction in volume saved our client time and money during the legal review process, as well as document storage costs.

“Client service is at the heart of everything we do” said Kate Clark, CEO of eDiscovery Collab. “We treat every matter as if it were our own, and constantly seek efficiencies and innovative approaches to deliver a better result and more value for our clients.”

Praised by clients for “superior service” and our “depth of knowledge” around the technology and the legal processes, eDiscovery Collab’s small yet mighty team delivers outstanding results for clients resulting in enduring relationships and continued success.

“It is eDiscovery Collab’s collaborative approach that sets us apart and we thank ALTA for recognising our commitment to collaboration,” continues Kate.

The achievements of eDiscovery Collab are certainly mighty.

In just the last 12 months, eDiscovery Collab has been recognised as:

  • a leading legal service provider by Australasian Lawyer,
  • Nuix APAC Legal Provider of the Year.

Kate was also a finalist for Executive of the Year at the 2021 Women in Law Awards by Lawyers Weekly.

The Australian Legal Technology Association (ALTA) promotes a community of collaboration and information sharing amongst legal technology companies to promote Australian legal technology on the global stage.
