eDiscovery Collab is the next evolution of document management and litigation support in the Australian and international legal markets.

Launched as start-up ELMS (Enhanced Litigation Management Solutions) in 2017, this boutique consultancy has established itself as an alternative to other eDiscovery houses.

With more than 30 years’ experience in eDiscovery and litigation support, Kate and her team set out to be the best in the market by offering clients innovative expert solutions designed to deliver value for money. This formidable and fun team are cool under pressure and thrive on finding solutions.

In the first five years, there have been a few milestones we feel compelled to mention:

Recognised as 2022 Australasian Lawyer’s Best Service Provider for delivering the most effective and transformative solutions.
Delivered a 5-part series with the College of Law’s Centre for Legal Innovation on all things eDiscovery designed to educate all users on eDiscovery tips, tricks and tactics.
Finalist at the inaugural Australian Legal Technology Association (ALTA) awards for the best legal tech implementation and collaboration by a small to medium enterprise in Australia.
Appointment by the Centre of Legal Innovation as a Geeky Guru providing advice on litigation support, eDiscovery consulting and eDiscovery technology.
Winner of the 2021 APAC Legal Provider of the Year at the Nuix Partner Connect Awards, following our win as 2020 Nuix Discovery Partner of the Year.
